Two different moments in time. The Sound of Freedom sign was at NAS Whidbey Island, Washington, when I was there 79-85 and 89-93. The two aircraft are an A-6E in the markings of VA-145 and the EA-6B is in the markings of VAQ-129, which was the Fleet Replacement Squadron for the Prowler. I was in VA-145, where I mad two deployments to the Western Pacific and Indian Ocean.
