I once read something about how your moral beliefs should not cause another person to suffer. How many times is our suffering a direct consequence of our choices? Is it right, no, is it logical to give a house to someone who is homeless because they have a drug addiction and have been not paying their bills, panhandling, stealing, etc. to get their next fix over a Veteran that has PTSD and cannot get into treatment or hold a job because of it?
