Ecclesiastes 8:5 - Whoso keepeth the commandment shall FEEL no evil thing: and a wise man's heart discerneth both time and judgment.
FEELINGS: For some people, feelings are like egg shells, they are easily broken.
So, how to remedy your fragile feelings?
If you will learn your Bible and learn 'how' to keep his commandments, your feelings won't be the center place in your thoughts and life.
Commandments of God are to be centered in your life and not your feelings. Your obedience to them does not reflect on your salvation but concerns your ability to 'walk' with God and others.
The doctrine of sanctification deals with your separation from this world and is not to be confused with the doctrine of salvation or glorification.
Once the commandments/doctrines of God are in their proper place then God has provided you with the path to take so that you can handle whatever happens around you, no matter how 'evil' or 'hurtful'.
Examples: How did Jesus handle false accusers (religious Pharisees).
How did Jesus handle his feelings when Judas betrayed him?
How did Jesus handle his disciples when they all failed to witness his resurrection?
The Apostle Paul, Moses, Elijah, Elisha, the Prophets, 12 disciples, and you will face the same events and struggles in life.
Now, imagine what would have happened if Jesus was led by his 'feelings' instead of his love and why the Father sent him to this earth?
Imagine what Paul would have wrote to the lazy, fighting, carnal churches if he wrote his epistles based on his feelings instead of the doctrine that he gave to the church.
Now, when you 'feelings' are hurting find the Bible story that illustrates how to handle them instead of mourning and groaning about them.
