This was sent to me last night by a very reliable source...The source claims a Military insider sent this to them.Apparently it's the watermark on the legit ballots.I'm just sharing.. I have no other information other than I trust the source.

How would the watermarking of ballots be accomplished? There is no federal ballot. Each state has a ballot system. No way I can see for a secret watermark system. This does not pass smell test.
