Congress is suppose to control the Budget yea. Well DHHS AND DHS will seek FUNDING OR RE-EMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES OF HANDING OF ILLEGALS. ALL EXPENSES USED by these Government Agencies. If CONGRESS APPROVES THESE ADDED EXPENSES. THEY APPROVE OF ILLEGALS ALSO. CUT FUNDING PERIOD. NO FUNDING, NO JOBS, NO HEATH CARE, NO SCHOOLS. NO DAM ILLEGALS. PERIOD.
