What a year, all! 2023 was unbelievable until the very tail end with some personal tragedy but it will not deter us from our goals in 2024 and beyond! First and foremost, in Q1 of 2024, we are going to be updating our original pre-seed funding shareholders' share values that purchased in 2022 at $150.00 per share, based on a $7,500,000.00 conservative valuation at the time of issuance. Currently, those values are at $201.86 per share, or a $51.86 increase per share based on a Summer of 2023 valuation of $10,100,000.00. This value was completed prior to us having our monthly subscriptions implemented and did not reflect advertising and strategic partnerships that happened in Q4 of 2023. While we must get everything certified for 2023, as well as have added very realistic projections for a platform of this size and number of paid subscribers and advertising partners, even going off the low end of our new valuation of $24,400,000.00, each original pre-seed share will now be worth roughly $487.99 per share, or an increase of roughly $338.00 per share in just over 16 months time. On our newly issued "Series A" shares that were issued at $100.93 or exactly 50% of the pre-seed value at the time of issuance, would now be worth $328.35 per share based on a new valuation of $24,400,000.00.
