Thank you to those who gave all, to those who served this country, those who protected our freedoms and protect them to this day. Thank you to those who fought the spread of despotic ideologies to keep safe even those who are not American citizens. Thank you to the families who gave everything, their sons and daughters, knowing they may not come home, but sacrificed anyway. Honorable people never cower, never back down, always stand for what is right and just. Today, and every day, I honor all of you. It was my privilege to serve, and I will always be willing to stand shoulder to shoulder with all of you with honor.Thank you all, God bless America!
