I fully expect Rudy will win either in the appeal or, if necessary, should it have to go to the SCOTUS. And once Rudy wins he is going after Howell for judicial misconduct and civil damages. Make no mistake, this won't end with Rudy getting that default judgement overturned. Not by a long shot.
