Kevin, did you know that Doc Holliday was related to Margaret Mitchell? Doc was in love with another cousin, Mattie Holliday, & her parents weren’t having it. They sent her to the convent. This is where the character Melanie in Gone With the Wind comes in. If you have ever watched GWTW there is a scene where Melanie has a short veil on & that has to be reference to Margaret Mitchell’s cousin. Doc Holliday (Val Kilmer) mentions that on his deathbed in the movie “Tombstone”.
