Yup. I live in #Minnesota and I see these douchebags quite frequently when it’s snowing and five below with a little wind. They always say something to the effect of it not being cold, it’s nice outside, blah, blah, blah. That’s when you tell them to stand outside for an hour, then proclaim how they’re not cold and how nice it is.
