ROCKOLLECTIONS: VOL3- NAMEDROPPING PT.1 It’s Namedropping time again, let’s call it Vol.3. The Dictionary Definition is, “To mention casually the names of illustrious or famous people in order to imply that one is on familiar terms with them. It is intended as a means of self-promotion.” You'll easily know what I mean after a few songs. Know what annoys me and maybe you too? Those Movie Star Rock Band Wannabes! But I have an exception, a surprisingly good song! The Names Dropped you should know, although I did go into people like P.J. Proby who made me think of P.F. Sloan. The fun is in the lyrics, seeing how many people you can identify- it's like a Musical Puzzle. What can I say?- I just play what comes to mind. Enjoy!
