12th amendment and contingent election coming when Trump ties up the courts, thus preventing certification of votes and preventing electoral from being granted, which prevents both participants from getting 270 electoral, thus resulting in a contingent election whereby 50 representatives are assigned and deliver their vote. There are more Republican states. Thus leading to Trump's victory as has happened in 3 other Presidential and Vice Presidential elections.
