Cybersecurity company IronNet (actually a front for a pump & dump scheme) founded by ex-NSA director Keith Alexander files for bankruptcy after it no longer brings in money:

For those who don't know what a pump and dump scheme is, it involves artificially inflating the price of a stock or investment and then selling it off for personal gain, leaving others with losses.
This is the same ex-NSA director who stated back in July 2013, at an annual Black Hat cyber security conference that the NSA doesn't abuse power with surveillance programs after new documents were released showed that they do:
