*** The Gospel ***1 Corinthians 15:3 (KJV) For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ DIED for our sins according to the scriptures; VS 4 (KJV) And that he was BURIED, and that he ROSE AGAIN the third day according to the scriptures:THE GOSPEL: It’s what Christ did for you: He DIED for your sin. This is something you can’t do. ONLY Jesus can atone for sin. No one else can nor can you atone for your own sin. Only he was buried but then resurrected on the third day. Sin had no power over him to keep him in the grave. Therefore, salvation only belongs to the Saviour. Salvation is not in your church. Salvation is not within yourself.Salvation is not in baptism. Salvation is not found in your works. Salvation comes from the Saviour, who died for you on the cross as he bore the Sins of the world. Only Jesus could do this and only faith in what the has done can get you to heaven.Romans 5:1 (KJV) Therefore being JUSTIFIED by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:Romans 5:9 (KJV) Much more then, being now JUSTIFIED by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.Galatians 2:16 (KJV) Knowing that a man is not JUSTIFIED by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be JUSTIFIED by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be JUSTIFIED.Galatians 3:11 (KJV) But that no man is JUSTIFIED by the law in the sight of God, [it is] evident: for, The just shall live by faith.Titus 3:7 (KJV) That being JUSTIFIED by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
