So last week I heard Yellow Freight was filing for chapter 11. This week I got a letter saying Roadway, same company, AKA YRC, New Penn were also going belly up, don't know about across the country but in Central Pa. That's a good number of jobs.But according to Pedo Pete and MSM the economy is booming Way to go Idiot! Another hit to the supply chain when one of the biggest shipping companies can't afford gas we're screwed.That dock use to run 24/7 at least 100 lift drivers per shift, not counting the truck drivers office personnel, maintenance all are going to be looking for work, then you have the hit to the local businesses truck stops diners, etc. I'm sure some of the other trucking companies will be swamped and might be able to pick up the slack, but that means shit won't get there on time, price increases and so on. But let's send Ukraine a few billion more while the US burns and floods and more people can't afford food or rent. Did I miss anything?
