JOIN OUR NCO CDF RANKS TODAY. CONTACT CHIEF OF STAFF KENNETH KREIMAN. HERE IS ONE OF OUR FINE NCO LEADERS: SGM PEREZ At the time my MOS was 11B1P, the year 1989 December, I was 19 years old. Operation Just Cause earned 1 CIB & 1 each combat jump into a genuine hot drop zone. 2 hours in jumped out of a Blackhawk approximately 10 feet above ground while the aircraft was being peppered. Loosing 2 friends within 2 hours of the beginning of the operation. 1 by an Apache gunship one in an ambush. Spent that Christmas in Manuel Noriega's home defending it from a force of 100-150 PDF soldiers. Returned back to Ft. Bragg NC in January 1990. March 1990 I earned my Expert Infantry Badge (I was true blue). August 1990 I was in Iraq gathering up soldiers from the Red Guard and involuntary men forced to fight, they were Kuwaitis. Crammed in classes ranging from Combat Lifesaver to Load Master classes. Went to Ft Lewis in "96" spent the next 2 1/2 years testing the equipment modern day soldiers are using in today's Military. Except the equipment wasn't as advanced and or light as it is today. While still performing ALL 11 Bravo tasks with a P3 profile for dislocated knee damage (X2). ETS'd in Feb 2000 after my return from So. Korea and becoming a 63B2P Light Wheel Mechanic, Demands of the Army. While maintaining a family throughout it all. The End!
