I believe current MOS is 0311 Infantry and 0321 Recon Qualified
One tour Vietnam,1st Force Recon then loaned to 2nd Force Recon. Wounded shrapnel, still have scars on hands and arms until about 10 years ago still had little slivers working their way to the surface. After Nam was assigned to training Battalion.
After the Marine Corps, ran Personal Protection teams for a couple of years for ARAMCO ( Arabian American Oil Company. Eventually ended up in the Fire Service for thirty years. Spent 27 years of that in a command position of one type or another. After 9/11 I trained a the University of New Mexico Institute of Energetic Material Saguaro New Mexico, Trained in Chemical Warfare Agents at Anniston Alabama, Trained in Nuclear and Radiologic response at Camp Mercury Nevada, Nevada Test Site, Trained in Biologic Weapons at Dugway Proving Grounds Utah.
I am A Certified Hazardous materials Technician and Specialist for RAIL AND ROAD INCIDENTS.
I have led crews in many fires, Multiple airplane crashes, 2 Bombing incidents, Multiple Hazardous Materials and Chem Bio responses. I was also Part of a CHEM, BIO, Explosive Multi Agency Regional Response Team. We were sent as part of a task force to stand by at the 2002 Olympics in Utah and was part of a Hazardous Materials Response task force sent to Louisiana after Katrina.
I am also a Red Card Certified Wildland Fire fighter Red Carded up to Strike Team leader, I have responded to Multiple large Wildland Complex Fires in Washington and California.
For the last 4 years I have been Chief of Staff of the XII% Dirty Dozen.
