Beware of bitterness in the church because it will become bitterness at the church. Many people inside a church are bitter about something in that church. If they do not deal with their bitterness in the church, it will fester and become bitterness at the church. Countless people are now out of the church and bitter at it because they did not deal with their bitterness while in the church. Their bitterness at the church can easily become a condemnation of the church. Entire families are destroyed because of a trace of bitterness in the church that festered. Bitterness is a cancer that we must always deal with.
