Sacramento, California - Aug 14, 2023 - AB1078 Press Conference August 14th is first day back of legislative session. Join us for a grassroots lobby day starting at 10am with a press conference at 12:00 regarding bill #AB1078 that would remove local school board power when it comes to curriculum and books & give the power to the state of California. We will also oppose #AB665 that will allow for 12+ to decide to leave home and go into a residential shelter under the care of the state & #AB957 that will force a judge to take into consideration for time & custody the parent who affirms their child’s gender identity during a custody battle. These bills do not represent the people of California and legislators need to hear your concerns.
