We just got new books in and we'll be adding them over the next couple of days. I'm really excited about these books! I made cheese for the first time the other day with a recipe from a blog that only had vinegar, oil & powdered milk. It didn't come out stretchy and look like the bloggers, but it was better than any cheese I bought in the store.
