The Radical Left wants to disarm their political opposition, just like tyrants throughout history have done. Don’t forget that these people are pure Communists who want absolute power; we experienced that first-hand in 2020-2022. But these thugs can’t rule over an armed population, and that’s why they MUST pass these bills. If passed, this legislation would: OUTLAW the private sale of firearms and create a statewide gun registry where the sale of every firearm is tracked by the government (HB714). The government cannot confiscate firearms if they don’t know where the firearms are and who owns them. Universal Gun Registration, which the Left falsely labels “Universal Background Checks,” doesn’t stop criminals, but rather is designed to give government the power to track, trace and register gun owners like sex-offenders by forcing every firearm transaction to be logged in their database. Give liberal judges the power to disarm the Left’s political opposition without their “targets” ever being charged, tried or convicted of a crime (HB1018). Red Flag gun confiscation laws are a drone strike to our constitutional rights because they completely destroy due process in America. And get this: the recent acquisition of a firearm can be used as “evidence” by your accuser, at an ex parte hearing which you are not even allowed to attend, as a reason why you should have your firearms taken away from you!
