East central Baca County in southeastern Colorado...* Until 945 PM MDT.* At 911 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 7 miles south of Stonington, or 20 miles northwest of Elkhart, moving southeast at 45 mph.HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.
