Heavenly Father, I stand in awe of You. I revere Your power. You are the God who moves the mountains. You are the God even the winds and the waves obey. You are the God who calms the storm. But You are also my friend. You are in the same boat with me. I don’t need to fear anything in a storm. Be my guidance through the storm. Still my troubled heart and help me let go of things that hold me back. Help me to decrease myself so that You may increase as I think about who You are. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen
