⚖️🏳️⚧️ It is a fact that minors (those under the age of consent – usually 18 in most states) cannot buy liquor, vote, buy weapons, or even be in a bar area after certain times in the evenings. But these 3 federal judges think it’s okay for minor children to go to “obscene live performances”?
This is just another great argument for nullification to be used by the states to quash unconstitutional laws, rulings, and overreaching federal policies.
