Hi all. I wanted to give you an update on the libel, slander and defamation that happened earlier in the month by an ex employee here from 2020, and enforcing the settlement agreement he signed in 2020 admitting to attempts of theft, solicitation of our users after having access to our database, and other antitrust acts. This past Friday, he was served with a demand letter in Iowa as he was caught dead to rights by IP addresses and other irrefutable evidence that he violated his agreement with us. The agreement he signed in 2020 is fully enforceable in Iowa federal and state Courts, as well as still has his statutes running for criminal penalties. This week, most likely tomorrow, he will be served by the Guthrie County Sheriff's Office with a federal lawsuit seeking injunction and demand for civil recompense, as well as for multiple punitive damages. We retained Frederickson and Byron, P.A. in Des Moines, IA, which is ranked as a Top 20 lawfirm in the entire USA in corporate law. I NEVER should have let him off easy in 2020. At that time, Wimkin was just me. Now that we have shareholders that I vow to work tirelessly for and protect every single day, it is my duty to fiercely defend Wimkin and each person that holds interest.
