Hi everyone. Recently, the individual named in the below settlement agreement and cease and desist made up terrible accusations here against me under the name of Ted Marches. This is the truth of whom he is. In 10/2020, we had to file civilly against him in Iowa. He signed this Agreement and admitted to his attempts of theft and extortion. By nature, I do not want anyone hurt. Back then, I should have filed criminal charges but I did not. He was a Wimkin employee that started another platform, essentially trying to steal our users, data, code, and even hijack the platform. It was handled accordingly and because he has 4 children, I let it go after the damage was repaired. The new criminal harassment and threats to me and my family once again will now be handled directly by our in house counsel, the FBI and local Iowa authorities. Daily, I put up with death threats and things like this, but this person is very special. He's unstable and needs dealt with now, criminally. I'd like to thank Billy Great for his help in getting this person to admit what he has done here was false, and that he was soliciting once again for his new platform.
