The bill protects MAPs under the guise of protecting sexual orientation. “Per section 2 of HB6638, the new definition of “Sexual Orientation”, “means a person’s identity in relation to the gender or genders to which they are romantically, emotionally or sexually attracted, . . . “There is no age restriction on the person “romantically, emotionally or sexually attracted” to.
