I got beautiful this Mother's Day Message from a friend. She holds a position in the Utah House of Representatives."I’m so thankful for all of the women who nurture, teach, and love. This picture depicts the amazing and miraculous work of growing a baby. A woman’s body stretches, her organs move aside, her blood volume increases. All of the changes happening inside her body are uncomfortable, sometimes painful. This is work only women can do. Similarly, the life women give after a baby is born can be just as difficult. It stretches us spiritually, physically, and emotionally. I have often thought that this work is the most important, and it can be done by all women, not just those who have given birth. Teaching and loving the innocent and the vulnerable - mothering - is a task uniquely suited for women. Thank you to all women who give life - before and after birth."
