Satan, as a fallen spirit, has power to lie and to deceive but no power to determine the future or to create a power greater than that possessed by God almighty. All he can do is contradict God with lies and various forms of deception. Therefore, if you know God’s truth, you will always recognize lies from this god that is a loser.
