Don't the dems what abortions to be able to be preformed 28 days AFTER the baby is born? It would literally make it LEGAL for them to murder babies, and if someone does find out it was hidden, it won't be a crime. That means, once passed, late-term abortions will be hidden.

So the parent gets the bill with a huge deductible and has to provide continuing medication until the person is in their mid 20s. Seems fair to bankrupt the parents due to teachers and others putting perverts in charge of young children.
