I'm pretty sure everyone has forgotten about the cold War and nuclear weapons..... it isn't like the movies it will send us back to the stone age all electronic fried instantly we have "smart people" on computers. I don't know anyone who can build one from scratch, do you? Civil defense is in non existence, not one Geiger counter, box of food, water nothing!!!!!
