While some absolutely refuse to believe that our weather is being modified, here is a vast list of companies and agencies that do just that, modify our weather, with plans to do even more experimenting! Thanks to the hard work of my friend, Ron Angell for putting this together:List of Weather Modification CompaniesWeather Modification Association (WMA)www.weathermodification.org – Full Corporate RosterAdvanced Radar CorpAero Systems, Inc.Aerotec ArgentinaColorado Water Conservation BoardDeepwater ChemicalsDireccion de Agricultura y Contingencias Climaticas (Argentina)Droplet Measurement TechnologiesDynamic Aviation Group, Inc.Electronic Systems Developement CCGeneral Aviation Applications – 3D s.a.Hydro-TasmaniaIce Crystal Engineering LLCIdaho Power CompanyNASIC/DEKA – US Air Force Wright-Patterson AFBNorth American Weather Consultants, Inc.North Dakota Atmospheric Resources BoardOmni International, LLCRadiometrics CorporationRHS Consulting, LtdSacramento Municipal Util Dist.Santa Barbara County Water AgencySnowy Hydro LimitedSouthern California Edison CountyNational University of Technology – Mendoza, ArgentinaUtah Division of Water ResourcesVaisala.comVaisala OyjVaisala – VeriteqWeather Modification, Inc., Fargo, North DakotaWestern Kansas Grndwater Dist 1Western Weather Consultants, LLCWyoming Water DevelopmentTexas Weather Modification Association (TWMA)The TWMA is a WMA member – www.texasweathermodification.com/History.htmlTWMA MembersWest Texas Weather Modification AssociationSouthwest Texas Rain Enhancement AssociationSouth Texas Weather Modification AssociationPanhandle GCD Precipitation Enhancement ProgramSouthern Ogallala Aquifer Rain Program (SOAR)Seeding Operations and Atmospheric Research (SOAR) old websiteThe Edwards AquiferColorado River Municipal Water District – Engineering WXMODTrans Pecos Weather Modification AssociationMilitaryUSAF Reserve – Aerial Spray Unit – Youngstown AFBNASIC/DEKA – US Air Force Wright-Patterson AFBOtherAquiess / Drake International – Global Rain ProjectMeteo Systems – WeathertecAustrailian Rain Technologies – ATLANTIonogenics – ELATEvergreen Aviation: SupertankerKansas Water OfficeFuture of Weather ControlA Plan for the next phase in Weather Modification Science and Technology Developement – Raytheon addressing the Weather Modification Association 2005 | LinkAir Force Aims for Weather Control | LinkThe work involves using plasma an ionized gas to reconfigure the ionosphere. MIRAGE would employ a microwave transmitter on the ground and a small rocket that shoots chaff into the air to produce about a liter of plasma at 60–100 km. (36– 60 mi.) in altitude, changing the number of electrons in a select area of the ionosphere to create a virtual barrier. Ionosphere reconfiguration offers two major applications of interest to the military: bouncing radars off the ionosphere, also known as over-the-horizon radar, and the ability to jam signals from the Global Positioning Satellite system, according to John Kline, the lead investigator for MIRAGE (Microwave Ionosphere Reconfiguration Ground based Emitter). | LinkVision 2020 – US Air Force Space Command | LinkOver the past several decades, space power has primarily supported land, sea, and air operations–strategically and operationally. During the early portion of the 21st century, space power will also evolve into a separate and equal medium of warfare. Likewise, space forces will emerge to protect military and commercial national interests and investment in the space medium due to their increasing importance.Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025 – US Air Force | LinkAn Operational Analysis for Air Force 2025: An Application of Value-Focused Thinking to Future Air and Space Capabilities – US Air Force
