Budweiser, it still doesn't understand its customer base. That instead of throwing
whatever it cost to rush into production and release its new Clydesdale commercial, that
a heartfelt and sincere apology from its CEO and new marketing director to its customer
base likely would have solved the problem. However Bud couldn't do that because it's trying
to worship at two alters.
