I think it is just about time to explain to everybody exactly what all this "Equity" is. According to Blacks Law Dictionary 5th Edition at pg. 484 under the definition of equity it states:"A system of jurisprudence collateral to, and in some respects independent of, "law"; the object of which is to render the administration of justice more complete, by affording relief where the courts of law are incompetent to give it, or to give it with effect, or by exercising certain branches of jurisdiction independently of them."This is to say to hell with the law and turn it on its ear and do whatever you want. Does this explain what they mean when they talk about equity? Diversity - is code for white replacement and we all know it.Equity - is to turn the law on its ear and do whatever you want.Inclusion - is let us kill your kids.Do we all understand now?
