Copied What the overwhelming majority of society do not unfortunately understand, at least not yet, is you cannot put BLIND faith in any one person or group in this world.I don't care what the group's label or individual's title of authority might be, even the best of human beings are fallible and can therefore lead us astray.More importantly, unthinking obedient people always attract power hungry, sadistic, and deceptive individuals, who love to hide behind the curtain of authority, which is why you find pedophiles in prestigious Churches; it's why you find psychopaths at the highest level of public "service" in government; and it's why you find predators in the biggest "non profit" charities and health care companies around the world, amongst other places. They will go ANYWHERE they are blindly trusted and least suspected.This is why I never blindly follow any human leader or human group. I don't give a shit about skin color, ethnicity, political party, religion or lackthereof. When you follow any of those things blindly, you will eventually be led astray because the proverbial wolf, as taught by wise teachers for thousands and thousands of years, will wear any disguise it can to gain access to its prey and they come in all shapes, sizes and colors.If we follow human principles though — in the form of integrity, humanity, compassion, kindness, critical thinking, moral courage, questioning authority, and so on — we will find our way and path in life.
