Fortunately these Rustlers got in Mississippi by Accident. Unlike Florida which still have Butchers that find a horse and Butcher it alive without the Ower knowledge. It's big time killing horses for meat. There's no such thing as a Hanging for Horse Thevies as There's a FEDERAL LAW. Which some DA's won't handle this crime. To them its just a dirty animal and has no use.
