Please do not be alarmed by this post. All is well personally and professionally, but shareholder protection needed to be provided. As you are aware, our staff has been having a very tough time in the past three months in losing our first initial (and then active) administrator Eilleen Burke, the death of our IT Manager's father, my own parents' declining health, and the daily, consistent threats of harm and death that we receive at Wimkin anonymously. This really makes one think about safeguarding the ones we love and that matter most to us. As such, I've created a last will and testament that fully covers all shareholders of Wimkin and Reelster, and provides them 20% of my personal ownership distributed based upon the amount of the % they own in the event of my death. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR SHAREHOLDERS? To explain as plainly as possible, the 5,000 shares offering in 2022 equals 10% ownership of the Wimkin platform. 20,000 shares of Reelster equal 10% of Reelster ownership. In the event of my passing, 20% of my ownership in both platforms will be administered to all shareholders of the platform in which they have invested, and divided amongst shareholders based on their percentage of shares owned. The more shares owned, the more beneficiaries will receive at the time the will becomes actionable. I know these things are uncomfortable to read and discuss, but I needed you all to have safeguards in place. One just never knows in life, and especially when you're viewed as an enemy of the left.
