(Excerpt from "Presidential Contact" Volume V) Even the elite members of the Global Ruling Council were not aware of the fact that the “Deep State” was behind the ‘alien invasion’ having back engineered real alien space ships, built numerous prototypes and secretly constructed the large motherships with the help of the Drako. These ships, however, were being piloted and operated by human secret military special forces. They also had the capability to project large three-dimensional images that appeared to be solid (Project Bluebeam) on the ground. They were used to scare the population into believing these images were supposedly showing grotesque looking alien creatures as the invaders. It worked exceedingly well.
