So much of what we become depends on who we surround ourselves with. It's a lot harder to get ahead when you are surrounded by people who are telling you that you can't do it and are foolish to try, than it is when you have people who encourage you to keep going when you feel like giving up. Keep more cheerleaders and ditch the energy vampires.
