2 Timothy Chapter 3 - Perilous Times Shall Come!1 This know also, that in the LAST days perilous times shall come.2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,3 WITHOUT natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;5 Having a FORM of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.FACT-CHECK THE BIBLE: Is the above happening? I raise the Bible in one hand while extending the other in friendship & brotherhood to any and all irrespective of ethnicity who will receive the Lord Jesus Christ in repentance and faith. It's not about "all lives matter," but the reality that all souls matter to God "Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth" (1 Timothy 2:4). It is ultimately meaningless to protest the end of life in the street if I do not possess eternal life in my soul. It matters not to what I affix my name if my name is not fixed in the Lamb's Book of life. I will not bow to any man, but we shall all bow the knee to Jesus - now or at the judgment and confess that He "is Lord, to the glory of God the father" (Philippians 2:11). Mankind today wants to aggravate, instigate, irritate and annihilate, but what we need is One to mediate and His name Is Jesus: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). "Amazing Grace! how sweet the sound, That saved a wretch like me! I once was lost, but now am found, was blind, but now I see." "Troubled soul, the Saviour can see Every heartache and tear; Burdens are lifted at Calvary, Jesus is very near." "Trusting only in thy merit, Would I seek thy face; Heal my wounded, broken spirit, Save me by thy grace. Saviour, Saviour, Hear my humble cry; While on others thou art calling, Do not pass me by." "So, amid the conflict, whether great or small, Do not be discouraged, God is over all; Count your many blessings, angels will attend, Help and comfort give you to your journey's end." Man's Law may be defunded, the Constitution debunked, the flag may be defamed, and the nation set aflame, but the Word of the Lord endureth forever and the Church shall never be defeated!
