I wonder if they intentionally voted for Biden or if they were used as part of a vote harvesting program. I know in San Francisco, when my office was located there, the Democrats outright bought votes. In ghost days they would have block parties with fried chicken and beer and drive van loads to the polls and go in with them to make sure they voted for th eight people for $20. Now they just go door to door, make a lot of promises of free stuff and pay them to sign the ballot. Since it is a real signature, it is not disputed.
