My family meatball recipe. You can use parmesean cheese instead of locatelli. I also add 1/4 tspn oregano. You can also add some finely chopped garlic. You can cook them in oven on cookie sheet at 350 for 20 min. Turn them over for 20 more minutes. Eat plain from oven or place in sauce. I usually triple recipe and freeze the cooked meatballs.
