Lots of rain in CA but nothing to do with anthropogenic climate change - just a regular cycle. In the - 1980’s I had to park my car on an overpass and wade in waist deep water to the townhouse we lived in, that was luckily on a hill. But people forget and are subject to scare tactics by unscrupulous politicians.
