"I'LL BE WITH ALL MY FRIENDS IN HELL"
The sinner’s notion that “I’ll be with all my friends in hell” is not supported by the Scriptures. The rich man in Luke 16:19-31 is in hell, yet he has no friends around him at all, only tormenting flames. Jesus said, in Matthew 22:13, that hell is a place of “outer darkness,” so a lost man in hell might very well be isolated forever, surrounded by nothing but flames and darkness. Besides, how could one enjoy the friendship of another while being so distracted by the tormenting flames of God’s wrath?
If by some chance God does allow one to meet up with former friends in hell, it is likely that He would also allow that same person to meet a number of people whom he would not desire to meet: “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” (Rev. 21:8) Friendships in hell aren’t likely. ESCAPE the damnation of hell by receiving Jesus Christ today. Then you can enjoy millions of friends forever!
