Happy New Year people. Look what you get to look forward to in 2023. The "stock tax" isn't just for people who play the stock market. Anyone with a 401K or an IRA will be affected by it because that money you're saving for your retirement grows because it's invested in the stock market and will now be subject to a higher tax and less earnings. And with the higher corporate tax, you can expect higher inflation because the cost of goods is going to go up. Also, needless to say, the cost of gas is going to skyrocket again as well. I guess this is Biden's way of recooping the cost of that $100 billion he gave to Ukraine.
