I have never seen Red Cross give out blankets and food to any homeless here in Minnesota, As always migrants coming first and citizens last

Had a tornado rip through East Texas...Red Cross did drive by but didn't appear to help anyone. Talked to others in relief and they said Red Cross doesn't do much...very disappointed in them as they appear to be a fund raising marketing organization.
