(Ephesians 4:32) (caps mine)A broken heart and a troubled soul have a way of showing itself on the faces of the many folks we see and talk to everyday. A listening ear, a good deed, and especially a kind word from us, can go a long way in making someone's day a little brighter.Have you ever noticed in the Gospels how Jesus was ever busy doing and saying good things to those who were hurting (Acts 10:38). His crowning deed and word was when He willingly went that extra mile at Calvary and showed His lovingkindness to all mankind.Folks, when the Lord looks at you and me, how much kindness does He see in us? You see, kindness imitates God; therefore, kindness is always right because as our Lord has demonstrated, kindness brings misery to an end.Remember friends, everyone we meet is fighting a battle within that we know nothing about. Their heart is heavy, their tears are plenty, and their needs are many. The sad story these days is that too many people are practicing RELIGION and not enough are practicing CHRISTIANITY! Just choose being kind and you'll be Christ-like.
