Happy Sunday! I just wanted to give you an update on app issues a small amount of you are still having. We've made progress on most of the problems that the small % of you are having since your device software updates (latest iOS and Android software versions). It seems our latest Apple app (released 3 days ago) is fully compatible with Apple updates as we've received no complaints from Apple users since the new app is on the App Store and set to automatically update. Crashlytics also dropped below 1% for all users collectively. On Android, a small amount of users are still having issues with lag, freezing up, and some issues with typing comments because the keyboard doesn't load fast enough. About 10 of you cannot watch livestreams as well. We are so incredibly sorry for this inconvenience. It's quite unfortunate and extremely frustrating for us as well that all we can do is try and find the specific phones and the software versions on phone / devices to try and figure out the incompatibility issues. If you're an Android user that is having issues, can you please try the following?Fix an installed Android app that isn't workingTry the following steps if an app installed on your phone has any of these problems:Crashing. Won’t open. Won’t respond. Isn’t working properly.After each step, restart your phone to see if it fixed the issue.Step 1: Restart & updateRestart your phoneImportant: Settings vary by phone.On most phones, press your phone's Power button for about 30 seconds or until your phone restarts. *Check for Android software and updatesOpen your phone's Settings app.Near the bottom, tap System > Advanced > System update.Depending on your phone, you might need to tap About phone or About tablet then select Software update.You'll find your update status. Follow any steps on the screen to update your phone to the latest software. Outdated versions will naturally not work as well with our brand new technology. After your software check or update, now Update the app to the latest version from the Google Play Store. Step 2: Check for a larger app issueForce stop the appClear the app's cache & data*** You do this by holding down on the App Icon and then clicking App Info. STEP 3 - Uninstall the app and ReinstallI know this can be confusing and is extremely frustrating. Right now, we're trying to find out what devices and versions aren't working well. It seems to be either brand new phones or older phones running the latest software versions. We are doing all we can. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding and are very sorry for the inconveniences you've had. Thank you!
