Over the weekend “Teh Waifu” and I went to our usual Pho place. It’s sadly gone downhill. Menu severely shrunk down, No homemade broth, noodles/meat not fully cooked, hardly any garnishments. Not sure if it’s under new ownership or if it’s “building back better.” A shame 😖
