Morning everyone! As you're aware, we released a separate Wimkin Pro app, as well as have updated our native Apple and Android apps to the latest iOS and Android versions so they're compatible with their latest technology. It seems these updates are causing a small group of users some troubles in lag times, typing comments and even app crashes.
If you're having any issues after the new updates, can you please let us know in the comments below? Please make sure you provide your device information in terms of phone make, as well as the software version (i.e. Android 13, iOS 12, etc).
We need to run this down and find out which devices are having the compatibility issues. Our servers and databases workload is currently under 1%, and our app analytics are fine. We believe it's a software compatibility issue with specific devices on their newest software updates. Thanks and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience!

We just disabled our music player on the apps. Can you all please force stop and restart your apps? This could've been the problem as there are specific audio and playback requirements that may be causing such problems. Thanks!
